Data transmission method and apparatus

A communications apparatus, comprising:

• at least one processor in communication with at least one memory, the at least one processor configured, upon execution of instructions stored in the at least one memory, to perform operations comprising:
• receiving downlink control information (DCI);
• and
• if an offset between the DCI and a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is less than a preset threshold, at least one transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state configured for a serving cell of scheduled PDSCH comprises quasi-co-location (QCL-TypeD) information, and at least one TCI codepoint indicates two TCI states, receiving the corresponding PDSCH by using two default TCI-states corresponding to a smallest codepoint among TCI codepoints indicating two different TCI-states.

A communications apparatus, comprising:

• at least one processor in communication with at least one memory, the at least one processor configured, upon execution of instructions stored in the at least one memory, to perform operations comprising:
• sending downlink control information (DCI);
• and
• if an offset between the DCI and a corresponding physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) is less than a preset threshold, at least one transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state configured for a serving cell of scheduled PDSCH comprises quasi-co-location (QCL-TypeD) information, and at least one TCI codepoint indicates two TCI states, sending the corresponding PDSCH by using two default TCI-states corresponding to a smallest codepoint among TCI codepoints indicating two different TCI-states.
