Abstract
Terminal device receives a SS/PBCH block, a MIB, and a PDCCH. The MIB includes a first MIB payload bit and a second MIB payload bit. The first MIB payload bit is used for indication of a candidate SS/PBCH block index corresponding to the SS/PBCH block A Q′ value is indicated only by the second MIB payload bit. The Q′ value is used for quasi co-location assumption among SS/PBCH blocks.
Claims4
A terminal device comprising:
- reception circuitry configured to:
- receive synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) blocks, a master information block (MIB), a system information block (SIB), and a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH);
- and
- conduct a quasi co-location (QCL) assumption among the SS/PBCH blocks with a Qassumption value;
- wherein
- the MIB includes a first MIB payload bit indicating a candidate SS/PBCH block index corresponding to the SS/PBCH block;
- in a case that a Q value is indicated by the SIB, the reception circuitry is configured to conduct the QCL assumption with the Q value as being the Qassumption value;
- in a case that a Q′ value is indicated by the MIB, the reception circuitry is configured to conduct the QCL assumption with the Q′ value as being the Qassumption value;
- in a case that neither the Q value nor the Q′ value is indicated, the reception circuitry is configured to conduct the QCL assumption with a predetermined Q′ value as being the Qassumption value;
- and
- the Q′ value is an integer fraction of the Q value.

A base station device comprising:
- transmission circuitry configured to transmit synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) blocks, a master information block (MIB), a system information block (SIB), and a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH);
- wherein
- the MIB includes a first MIB payload bit indicating a candidate SS/PBCH block index corresponding to the SS/PBCH block;
- in a case that a Q value is indicated by the SIB, the transmission circuitry is configured to conduct a quasi-colocation (QCL) assumption with the Q value as being a-Qassumption value;
- in a case that a Q′ value is indicated by the MIB, the transmission circuitry is configured to conduct the QCL assumption with the Q′ value as being the Qassumption value;
- in a case that neither the Q value nor the Q′ value is indicated, the transmission circuitry is configured to conduct the QCL assumption with a predetermined Q′ value as being the Qassumption value;
- and
- the Q′ value is an integer fraction of the Q value.
