Abstract
Aspects of this disclosure relate to a radio frequency module with a radio frequency coupler and a coupler switching circuit. The coupler switching circuit can provide an indication of radio frequency power generated by the radio frequency coupler to a first input/output port. The coupler switching circuit can also pass an indication of radio frequency power received at the first input/output port to a second input/output port, and pass an indication of radio frequency power received at the second input/output port to the first input/output port.
Claims20
A radio frequency system comprising:
- a first radio frequency module having a first port;
- a second radio frequency module having a second port;
- and
- a third radio frequency module including a first input/output port electrically connected to the first port, a second input/output port electrically connected to the second port, a radio frequency coupler, and a coupler switching circuit, the coupler switching circuit configured to provide an indication of radio frequency power from the radio frequency coupler to the first input/output port in a first state and to provide the indication of radio frequency power from the radio frequency coupler to the second input/output port in a second state.
A radio frequency module comprising:
- a first input/output port;
- a second input/output port;
- a radio frequency coupler;
- and
- a coupler switching circuit configured to provide an indication of radio frequency power from the radio frequency coupler to the first input/output port in a first state and to provide the indication of radio frequency power from the radio frequency coupler to the second input/output port in a second state.
A method comprising:
- providing a coupled power signal generated by a first radio frequency module to a daisy chain in a first state;
- and
- providing the coupled power signal generated by the first radio frequency module to the daisy chain in a second state such that the coupled power signal propagates in an opposite direction in the daisy chain in the second state than in the first state.
