Connecting element and device arrangement

A device arrangement comprising:

• a first electrical device;
• a second electrical device;
• and
• a connecting element including
• i) a carrier body having a first contact side and an opposite second contact side;
• and
• ii) a plurality of separate electrical contact elements,
• wherein each contact element of the plurality of contact elements is separate from the carrier body and includes a base body formed from an elastomer and an electrically conductive sheath arranged around the base body at least in sections,
• wherein the electrically conductive sheath provides a first contact region for electrically contacting the first electrical device and a second contact region for electrically contacting the second electrical device, the first contact region and the second contact region being electrically connected to one another,
• wherein each contact element of the plurality of contact elements is respectively coupled to the carrier body, such that the first contact region is electrically contactable from the first contact side of the carrier body and the second contact region is electrically contactable from the second contact side of the carrier body,
• wherein each contact element of the plurality of contact elements is configured resiliently along a contacting direction (K) running from the first contact region to the second contact region, to compensate for a tolerance-related distance offset between the first and second electrical devices,
• wherein the first electrical device has a set of first electrical contacts which contact the first contact regions of the plurality of electrical contact elements on the first contact side of the carrier body,
• wherein the second electrical device has a set of second electrical contacts which contact the second contact regions of the plurality of electrical contact elements on the second contact side of the carrier body, and
• wherein the electrically conductive sheath is at least one of, a metal foil, a metal sheet, or a combination thereof.
