Abstract
According to one embodiment, an isolator includes a first coil, a second coil, a plate-shaped first magnet, and a first insulator. The second coil is aligned with the first coil along a first axis and faces the first coil. The first magnet is provided on a side of the second coil and faces the second coil, the side being opposite to a side where the first coil is located. The first magnet extends along a first plane intersecting the first axis. The first insulator seals the first coil, the second coil, and the first magnet.
Claims7
An isolator comprising:
- a first coil having a spiral shape along a first plane;
- a second coil aligned with the first coil along a first axis intersecting the first plane, facing the first coil, and having a spiral shape along the first plane;
- a plate-shaped first magnet provided on a side of the second coil and facing the second coil, the side being opposite to a side where the first coil is located, the first magnet extending along the first plane, the first magnet including a first surface and a second surface that is located farther from the second coil than the first surface along the first axis, the first surface being a south pole, the second surface being a north pole, the first magnet having a first opening extending between the first surface and the second surface;
- a plate-shaped second magnet provided on a side of the first coil and facing the first coil, the side being opposite to a side where the second coil is located, the second magnet extending along the first plane, the second magnet including a third surface and a fourth surface that is located farther from the first coil than the third surface along the first axis, the third surface being a north pole, the fourth surface being a south pole, the second magnet having a second opening extending between the third surface and the fourth surface;
- and
- a first insulator that seals the first coil, the second coil, the first magnet, and the second magnet.
