Battery assembly assembling method, clamp and welding device

A battery assembly clamp, comprising:

• a controller, a press, a clamper, a first feedback structure and a second feedback structure respectively electrically connected to the controller, wherein
• the press presses and drives a battery assembly to move downward;
• the first feedback structure is disposed on the press, and detects an actual pressing displacement amount of the press moving downward and send the actual pressing displacement amount to the controller;
• the clamper carries the battery assembly, and clamps the battery assembly from a first side face of the battery assembly;
• the second feedback structure is disposed on the clamper, and detects a first actual displacement amount of the clamper and a first clamping force of the clamper performing clamping from the first side face of the battery assembly, and send the first actual displacement amount and the first clamping force to the controller;
• the controller is configured to control the press to move downward, acquire the actual pressing displacement amount of the press moving downward, and control the clamper to clamp the battery assembly from the first side face according to the actual pressing displacement amount;
• and
• the controller is further configured to acquire the first actual displacement amount of the clamper and the first clamping force of the clamper performing clamping from the first side face, and determine whether assembling is completed according to the first actual displacement amount and the first clamping force.
