Abstract
An insulated wire including a conductor (A) and an insulating layer (B) around the conductor (A). The insulating layer (B) contains an aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) and a fluorine-containing copolymer (II) and has a melt viscosity at 60 sec−1 and 390° C. of 0.40 to 0.75 kPa·s. The aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) has a melt viscosity at 60 sec−1 and 390° C. of 0.30 kPa·s or lower. The insulating layer (B) has a thickness of 30 to 300 μm.
Claims9
An insulated wire comprising:
- a conductor (A);
- and
- an insulating layer (B) around the conductor (A),
- the insulating layer (B) comprising an aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) and a fluorine-containing copolymer (II) and having a melt viscosity at 60 sec−1 and 390° C. of 0.40 to 0.75 kPa·s,
- the aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) having a melt viscosity at 60 sec−1 and 390° C. of 0.30 kPa's or lower,
- the insulating layer (B) having a thickness of 30 to 300 μm,
- the insulating layer (B) having a ratio by mass (I):
- (II) of the aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) to the fluorine-containing copolymer (II) of 80:20 to 40:60,
- the aromatic polyetherketone resin (I) is selected from the group consisting of a polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) and polyetheretherketone (PEEK),
- the fluorine-containing copolymer (II) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and a perfluoroethylenic unsaturated compound represented by the following formula (1);
- wherein, in formula (1), Rf1 is —CF3 or —ORf2;
- and Rf2 is a C1-C5 perfluoroalkyl group.
