Electrocardiographic signal analysis system

An electrocardiogramal analysis system according to comprising:

• an electrocardiogram configured to measure an electrocardiogramal of a subject;
• and
• a storage;
• and a processor is configured to:
• acquire the electrocardiogramal from the electrocardiograma the electrocardiogramformation;
• extract, from waveform data included in the electrocardiogramformation, unit waveform data segmented based on a peak of an R wave or an S wave, and store the extracted unit waveform data in the storage;
• detect, in the unit waveform data stored in the storage, a loss portion of the peak of the R wave or the S wave using an extreme value immediately before or immediately after the peak or using a point of inflection immediately before or immediately after the peak, the loss portion of the peak being associated with a measurement failure of the electrocardiograph or an external disturbance during measurement of the electrocardiogramformation;
• interpolate the detected loss portion to generate an interpolated waveform;
• set a wave height or a cycle of the interpolated waveform based on a peak position of the R wave or the S wave of the interpolated waveform so as to suppress an erroneous determination of normal sinus rhythm or arrhythmia due to an influence of the loss portion of the peak;
• and
• output the set wave height or the set cycle of the interpolated waveform to use for determining normal sinus rhythm or arrhythmia.
