Abstract
A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display panel; a plurality of mounting units disposed on a rear surface of the display panel; and a back cover disposed on the rear surface of the display panel and the plurality of mounting units; wherein each of the plurality of mounting units includes a panel magnet fixed to the rear surface of the display panel; and a plurality of step control units disposed on both sides of the panel magnet and configured to be movable in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the back cover. Accordingly, a step height between the display devices in a Z-axis direction can be adjusted by moving the plurality of step control units in the direction perpendicular to one surface of the back cover.
Claims12
A display device, comprising:
- a display panel;
- a plurality of mounting units disposed on a rear surface of the display panel;
- and
- a back cover disposed on the rear surface of the display panel and the plurality of mounting units and including a plurality of openings each exposing at least a portion of each of the plurality of mounting units;
- wherein each of the plurality of mounting units includes,
- a panel magnet fixed to the rear surface of the display panel;
- a plurality of step control units disposed on both sides of the panel magnet and configured to be movable in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the back cover;
- and
- a plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies disposed between the panel magnet and the plurality of respective step control units,
- wherein each of the plurality of step control units includes,
- a first portion exposed from the opening and having at least a portion protruding to an outside of the back cover and in contact with the side surfaces of the plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies;
- and
- a second portion extending from the first portion toward a space between the display panel and the back cover,
- wherein the panel magnet and the plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies are fixed to the rear surface of the display panel by an adhesive member,
- wherein each of the plurality of step control units is configured to be slidable in the direction perpendicular to one surface of the back cover while in contact with the side surfaces of the plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies.
A tiling display device comprising:
- a plurality of display devices each including a display panel, a plurality of mounting units disposed on a rear surface of the display panel, and a back cover disposed to cover the display panel and the plurality of mounting units;
- and
- a wall part supporting the plurality of display devices and formed of a ferromagnetic body,
- wherein each of the plurality of mounting units includes,
- a panel magnet fixed to the rear surface of the display panel;
- a plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies fixed to the rear surface of the display panel and in contact with an N pole and an S pole of the panel magnet;
- and
- a plurality of step control units attached to the wall part and disposed between the panel magnet and the plurality of respective step control units,
- wherein the back cover includes a plurality of openings each exposing at least a portion of each of the plurality of mounting units,
- wherein each of the plurality of step control units includes,
- a first portion protruding to an outside of the opening and attached to the wall part and in contact with the side surfaces of the plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies;
- and
- second portions extending from the first portion toward a space between the display panel and the back cover,
- wherein the panel magnet and the plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies are fixed to the rear surface of the display panel by an adhesive member, and
- wherein side surfaces of the plurality of step control units and side surfaces of the plurality of panel ferromagnetic bodies are configured to be slidable while being in contact with each other in a direction perpendicular to one surface of the back cover.
