Dynamic generation of a collection of blood vessel renderings

A system comprising:

• one or more hardware processors;
• and
• memory storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the one or more hardware processors, cause the one or more hardware processors to perform operations comprising:
• performing a training process for a machine learning model using training data that includes a number of training images, wherein a plurality of anatomical structures are labeled and a trained machine learning model is executed to remove at least a portion of the plurality of anatomical structures from images produced by one or more imaging modalities;
• obtaining a number of initial patient images generated by at least one imaging modality of the one or more imaging modalities, wherein the number of initial patient images include the plurality of anatomical structures included in at least one of a head region or a neck region of a patient;
• executing the trained machine learning model with respect to the number of initial patient images to remove or highlight one or more anatomical structures of the plurality of anatomical structures in the number of initial patient images and produce a number of modified patient images that include at least one remaining anatomical structure of the plurality of anatomical structures;
• and
• rendering, based on the number of modified patient images, a number of views of the at least one remaining anatomical structure of the plurality of anatomical structures located in at least one of the head region or the neck region of the patient that are displayed via one or more computing devices.
