A method of validating end-users for receipt of a capital medium using a digital network-based authentication and validation system, the method comprising:
- receiving information in a form of user-information blocks from a plurality of user terminals connected to a network by an application server connected to the network;
- uploading or submitting to the network, via at least one user terminal, at least one user-information block in order to send the at least one user-information block to at least one application server terminal;
- sending selection data via another at least one user terminal for the at least one user-information block through a network to the at least one application server terminal or another application server terminal, the selection data for the at least one user-information block comprising counts, tallies, tabulations, or itemizations submitted by a user;
- using a blockchain space, an IP-address confirmation, a digital ID verification, an account encryption, or a string identifier as the authentication validation executed by the application server to prevent user terminals of the plurality of user terminals from sending fraudulent user-information blocks or fraudulent selection data;
- receiving, by the application server, at least some user-information blocks transferred via the network and at least some selection data transferred via the network;
- providing to a content handler, using a terminal of the application server, one or more of the user-information blocks;
- providing a display medium, comprising a graphical interface, as part of the content handler, the display medium organizing user information of the one or more of the user-information blocks;
- providing a quantifying unit comprising a device having software, the quantifying unit counting a set of selection data, comprising counts tallies, tabulations, or itemizations submitted by multiple users via respective user terminals of the multiple users, corresponding to each of the one or more of the user-information blocks and creating a comparing value that combines selection data from multiple user terminals for each of the one or more of the user-information blocks, the comparing value being a value that the quantifying unit provides to the display medium corresponding to a number of counts, tallies, itemizations, or tabulations of the set of selection data corresponding to each of the one or more of the user-information blocks;
- filtering, by the application server, the user-information blocks based on a comparing value threshold or based on a maximum number of user-information blocks to be selected, wherein user-information blocks remaining after filtering are selected user-information blocks and are sent to a client terminal of a client-matter group;
- transferring selected user-information blocks to a client terminal connected to a network from the application server connected to the network;
- reading, via the client terminal, one or more of the selected user-information blocks corresponding to a client-matter group of the user-information blocks;
- creating, using the client terminal, a trigger indicator, the trigger indicator corresponding to at least one of the selected user-information blocks of the client-matter group of the user-information blocks and being encoded with a string identifier corresponding to a user terminal authenticated by the authentication validation;
- and
- sending, via a payment generator comprising a payment-managing server computer, which sends a payment to the end-users, an amount of the capital medium, the payment generator receiving the trigger indicator and transferring an amount of the capital medium to one or more wallets corresponding to each user terminal corresponding to the at least one of the selected user-information blocks of the client-matter group of the user-information blocks.
