Abstract
Systems and methods for implementing neuromorphic computing using analog Kolmogorov-Arnold Network (KAN) in standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology are provided. The system architecture can include the analog KANs which can be efficiently implemented in the standard CMOS technology by using multi-input, multi-transistor amplifiers to compute analog dot products. By leveraging fundamental semiconductor properties of CMOS analog circuits, the system enables the realization of hardware-native intelligence, offering a scalable and energy-efficient alternative to conventional computing architectures.
