Systems and methods for providing improved account management services

A computing system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to:
• transmit an encryption key and an account list to a base management node of a customer,
• transmit, by the base management node, the encryption key and the account list to a remote computing device,
• modify, by the remote computing device, an account credential included as part of the account list to generate an updated account list,
• encrypt, by the remote computing device, the updated account list using the encryption key,
• receive, from the base management node at the one or more processors, an encrypted updated account list that is encrypted by the remote computing device using the encryption key and the account list, the remote computing device being different from the computing system and the base management node,
• decrypt the encrypted updated account list,
• analyze the account list to determine stored entries associated with the account list that have an analogous entry in the decrypted updated account list by:
• parsing each entry of the decrypted updated account list,
• comparing each parsed entry of the decrypted updated account list with the stored entries associated with the account list, and
• based on the comparing, determining, by the one or more processors, the stored entries associated with the account list that have the analogous entry in the decrypted updated account list,
• replace each stored entry in the account list with the analogous entry in the decrypted updated account list,
• determine a number of encrypted updated account lists received during a first period,
• compare, by the one or more processors, the number of encrypted updated account lists received during the first period to an updated account list receipt threshold,
• responsive to determining that the number of encrypted updated account lists received during the first period exceeds the updated account list receipt threshold or a period threshold corresponding to a number of periods since the encrypted updated account list was received, generate an alert for transmission to the customer, and
• block any subsequent data transmission to the base management node of the customer.

A non-transitory computer readable medium containing program instructions that when executed, cause a computer to:

• transmit an encryption key and an account list to a base management node of a customer;
• transmit, by the base management node, the encryption key and the account list to a remote computing device;
• modify, by the remote computing device, an account credential included as part of the account list to generate an updated account list;
• encrypt, by the remote computing device, the updated account list using the encryption key;
• receive, from the base management node at the computer, an encrypted updated account list that is encrypted by the remote computing device using the encryption key and the account list, the remote computing device being different from the computer and the base management node;
• decrypt the encrypted updated account list;
• analyze the account list to determine stored entries associated with the account list that have an analogous entry in the decrypted updated account list by:
• parsing each entry of the decrypted updated account list,
• comparing each parsed entry of the decrypted updated account list with the stored entries associated with the account list, and
• based on the comparing, determining the stored entries associated with the account list that have the analogous entry in the decrypted updated account list;
• replace each stored entry in the account list with the analogous entry in the decrypted updated account list;
• determine a number of encrypted updated account lists received during a first period;
• compare, by the computer, the number of encrypted updated account lists received during the first period to an updated account list receipt threshold;
• responsive to determining that the number of encrypted updated account lists received during the first period exceeds the updated account list receipt threshold or a period threshold corresponding to a number of periods since the encrypted updated account list was received, generate an alert for transmission to the customer;
• and
• block any subsequent data transmission to the base management node of the customer.
