Rotary mechanism and electronic device

An electronic device, comprising:

• a first housing;
• a foldable screen comprising a first portion and a third portion connected with each other;
• and
• a rotary mechanism, comprising:
• wherein both the base and the first housing have a supporting surface, wherein the supporting surface of the first housing is configured to support and fix the first portion, and wherein the supporting surface of the base is configured to at least support the third portion in an unfolded state;
• a first swing arm hinged to one side of the base;
• a first connecting plate configured to be fixed to the first housing, wherein the first connecting plate is hinged to the one side of the base, wherein the first connecting plate and the first swing arm are located on a same side of the base, and wherein a hinge axis of the first connecting plate with respect to the base and a hinge axis of the first swing arm with respect to the base both extend along a first direction;
• and
• a first multistable flexible mechanism disposed on the first connecting plate, and configured to lock the rotary mechanism in a folded state and the unfolded state.
