Abstract
A sensor includes a first electrode and a second electrode, each including a conductive polymer and having different work functions from each other, and a photoactive layer between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a first semiconductor and a second semiconductor having different electrical properties from each other, and an elastomer, wherein each of an elongation rate of the first electrode, an elongation rate of the second electrode, and an elongation rate of the photoactive layer is greater than about 50%, wherein each respective elongation rate is a percentage of a change in length from an initial length to a breaking point.

A sensor, comprising:
- a first electrode and a second electrode, the first electrode and the second electrode each including a conductive polymer and having different work functions from each other, and
- a photoactive layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the photoactive layer including
- a first semiconductor and a second semiconductor having different electrical properties from each other, and
- an elastomer,
- wherein each of an elongation rate of the first electrode, an elongation rate of the second electrode, and an elongation rate of the photoactive layer is greater than about 50%, wherein each respective elongation rate is a percentage of a change in length from an initial length to a breaking point.
