Method and electronic device for determining mission of a device

An electronic device of determining a mission of a device, comprising:

• a transceiver;
• a storage configured to store at least one instruction;
• and
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• receive, at the transceiver, external situation information and status information of a plurality of devices in response to an external situation that occurred externally;
• identify, at the processor, an object function related to a degree of fitness of a device for a mission;
• for each set of a plurality of solutions of a first generation for the plurality of devices, calculate a value of the object function using the external situation information and the status information;
• based on the value, determine a set of a plurality of solutions of a next generation for the plurality of devices through a GA;
• based on a first solution from a set of a plurality of solutions of a second generation by repeating the calculating the value and the determining the set of the plurality of solutions of the next generation, determine a mission for the plurality of devices;
• and
• transmit, via the transceiver, a mission command to each of the plurality of devices, wherein the mission command specifies, for each device, an operation scenario corresponding to the determined mission, the operation scenario comprising one of the operation scenarios of an avoidance scenario or the operation scenarios of a destruction scenario, wherein each device executes the operation scenario upon receiving the mission command,
• wherein the external situation information indicates at least one of detection of an enemy force and detection of a natural disaster,
• wherein the status information includes at least one of information on oil status of the plurality of devices, and information on charging status of the plurality of devices,
• wherein the set of the plurality of solutions of the first generation include a solution corresponding to the avoidance scenario and a solution corresponding to the destruction scenario, the set of the plurality of solutions of the second generation include at least one of the solution corresponding to the avoidance scenario and the solution corresponding to the destruction scenario,
• wherein the solution corresponding to the avoidance scenario includes an operation scenario of each of the plurality of devices including rear separation operation, bypass operation and rapid operation,
• wherein the solution corresponding to the destruction scenario includes an operation scenario of each of the plurality of devices including attack operation, reconnaissance operation and standby operation,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• identify a plurality of response scenarios related to the external situation information,
• based on a predetermined rule, calculate a plurality of degrees of fitness for the plurality of response scenarios, and
• based on a plurality of weights related to the plurality of response scenarios and the plurality of degrees of fitness, calculate the value of the object function,
• wherein the calculating the plurality of degrees of fitness for the plurality of response scenarios includes calculating a degree of fitness for a first response scenario among the plurality of response scenarios, the processor is configured to:
• based on at least one of the external situation information and the status information, identifying whether a plurality of conditions corresponding to a first response scenario are satisfied;
• based on whether the plurality of conditions are satisfied, determining a first value for the plurality of conditions;
• and
• based on a plurality of first weights related to the plurality of conditions and the first value, calculating the degree of fitness for the first response scenario.

A computer-readable non-transitory recording medium having a program for executing a method for determining a mission of a device on a computer, wherein the program has instructions for:

• receiving, at a transceiver, external situation information and status information of a plurality of devices in response to an external situation that occurred externally;
• identifying, at a processor, an object function related to a degree of fitness of a device for a mission;
• for each set of a plurality of solutions of a first generation for the plurality of devices, calculating a value of the object function using the external situation information and the status information;
• based on the value, determining a set of a plurality of solutions of a next generation for the plurality of devices through a GA;
• based on a first solution from a set of a plurality of solutions of a second generation by repeating the calculating the value and the determining the set of the plurality of solutions of the next generation, determining a mission for the plurality of devices;
• transmitting, via the transceiver, a mission command to each of the plurality of devices, wherein the mission command specifies, for each device, an operation scenario corresponding to the determined mission, the operation scenario comprising one of the operation scenarios of an avoidance scenario or the operation scenarios of a destruction scenario, wherein each device executes the operation scenario upon receiving the mission command,
• wherein the external situation information indicates at least one of detection of an enemy force and detection of a natural disaster,
• wherein the status information includes at least one of information on oil status of the plurality of devices, and information on charging status of the plurality of devices
• wherein the set of the plurality of solutions of the first generation include a solution corresponding to the avoidance scenario and a solution corresponding to the destruction scenario, the set of the plurality of solutions of the second generation include at least one of the solution corresponding to the avoidance scenario and the solution corresponding to the destruction scenario,
• wherein the solution corresponding to the avoidance scenario includes an operation scenario of each of the plurality of devices including rear separation operation, bypass operation and rapid operation,
• wherein the solution corresponding to the destruction scenario includes an operation scenario of each of the plurality of devices including attack operation, reconnaissance operation and standby operation,
• wherein the calculating the value of the object function includes:
• identifying a plurality of response scenarios related to the external situation information;
• based on a predetermined rule, calculating a plurality of degrees of fitness for the plurality of response scenarios;
• and
• based on a plurality of weights related to the plurality of response scenarios and the plurality of degrees of fitness, calculating the value of the object function,
• wherein the calculating the plurality of degrees of fitness for the plurality of response scenarios includes calculating a degree of fitness for a first response scenario among the plurality of response scenarios, which includes:
• based on at least one of the external situation information and the status information, identifying whether a plurality of conditions corresponding to the first response scenario are satisfied;
• based on whether the plurality of conditions are satisfied, determining a first value for the plurality of conditions;
• and
• based on a plurality of first weights related to the plurality of conditions and the first value, calculating the degree of fitness for the first response scenario.
