Abstract
A double-pane glass panel includes: a pair of glass plates facing each other; a peripheral sealing material provided over whole outer edges of the pair of glass plates to form a gap sealed between the pair of glass plates; a plurality of spacing members disposed in the gap; and a gas adsorption material disposed on one surface out of a pair of plate surfaces facing each other via the gap between the pair of glass plates, the gas adsorption material being apart from the other surface out of the pair of plate surfaces. The gas adsorption material includes a zeolite-based nonmetal getter material having a porous structure, and an inorganic binder material connecting the nonmetal getter material.
Claims14
A double-pane glass panel, comprising:
- a pair of glass plates facing each other;
- a peripheral sealing material provided over whole outer edges of the pair of glass plates to form a gap sealed between the pair of glass plates;
- a plurality of spacing members disposed in the gap;
- a gas adsorption material disposed on one surface out of a pair of plate surfaces facing each other via the gap between the pair of glass plates, the gas adsorption material being apart from the other surface out of the pair of plate surfaces;
- and
- a suction hole sealing material sealing a suction hole formed from a front side to a back side of either one of the glass plates, in such a manner as to decompress the gap via the suction hole,
- wherein
- the gas adsorption material includes a zeolite-based nonmetal getter material having a porous structure, an inorganic binder material connecting the nonmetal getter material, and a metal getter material, and
- the metal getter material is disposed at a position facing the suction hole.
