Abstract
The present invention relates to: a cell culture medium for culturing extracellular vesicles at high concentration, the medium comprising lactoferrin; a method for preparing a conditioned medium containing a high concentration of extracellular vesicles, the method comprising culturing cells in the cell culture medium; and use of lactoferrin in preparing a conditioned medium containing a high concentration of extracellular vesicles.
Claims5
A method for increasing a productive capacity of extracellular vesicles produced per single cell comprising:
- culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a cell culture medium comprising lactoferrin and calcium,
- wherein the cell culture medium comprises lactoferrin at a concentration of 2 μg/ml to 100 μg/ml,
- wherein the cell culture medium comprises calcium at a concentration of 100 μM to 2 mM,
- harvesting the extracellular vesicles, and
- wherein the method increases the productive capacity of extracellular vesicles produced per single cell in a manner than the number of extracellular vesicles in the cell culture medium obtained by culturing cells is in a range of 1.0×108/ml to 1.0×1011/ml.
