Abstract
Provided are: a pretreatment liquid for an impermeable base material, including an aggregating agent (A) which contains at least one selected from the group consisting of an organic acid and a polyvalent metal salt, a nitrogen-containing compound (B) which contains at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia, an amine, and a heterocyclic compound containing a basic nitrogen atom, and resin particles (C), and water; an ink set; an image recording method; an image recorded material; and a recording medium and a method of producing the same.
Claims12
A pretreatment liquid for an impermeable base material, comprising:
- an aggregating agent (A) which comprises at least one organic acid;
- a nitrogen-containing compound (B) which comprises an amine and optionally at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia and a heterocyclic compound comprising a basic nitrogen atom;
- resin particles (C);
- and
- water,
- wherein the aggregating agent (A) comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a dicarboxylic acid and a tricarboxylic acid,
- a ratio of the number of moles of an acid group of the organic acid to the number of moles of the basic nitrogen atom of the nitrogen-containing compound (B) is 1.3 or greater,
- the resin particles (C) are an acrylic resin,
- a content of the resin particles (C) is in a range of from 3% by mass to 15% by mass with respect to a total amount of the pretreatment liquid,
- a mass content of the resin particles (C) and a mass content of the aggregating agent (A) satisfy a relationship of an amount ratio of the mass content of the resin particles (C) to the mass content of the aggregating agent (A) is greater than 1 and 4 or less, and
- the mass content of the resin particles (C) and a mass content of the nitrogen-containing compound (B) satisfy a relationship of an amount ratio of the mass content of resin particles (C) to the mass content of nitrogen-containing compound (B) is greater than 1.5 and 40 or less.

- an impermeable base material;
- a film disposed on the impermeable base material;
- and
- an image disposed on a part of the film and comprising a colorant,
- wherein the film comprises an aggregating agent (A) comprising at least organic acid, a nitrogen-containing compound (B) comprising an amine and optionally at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia, and a heterocyclic compound that comprises a basic nitrogen atom, and resin particles (C),
- wherein the aggregating agent (A) comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a dicarboxylic acid and a tricarboxylic acid,

- a mass content of the resin particles (C) and a mass content of the aggregating agent (A) satisfy a relationship of an amount ratio of the mass content of the resin particles (C) to the mass content of the aggregating agent (A) is greater than 1 and 4 or less, and
- the mass content of the resin particles (C) and a mass content of the nitrogen-containing compound (B) satisfy a relationship of an amount ratio of the mass content of resin particles (C) to the mass content of nitrogen-containing compound (B) is greater than 1.5 and 40 or less.

A recording medium comprising:
- an impermeable base material;
- and
- a film disposed on the impermeable base material,
- wherein the film comprises an aggregating agent (A) comprising at least one organic acid, a nitrogen-containing compound (B) comprising an amine and optionally at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonia and a heterocyclic compound that comprises a basic nitrogen atom, and resin particles (C),

- the mass content of the resin particles (C) and a mass content of the nitrogen-containing compound (B) satisfy a relationship of an amount ratio of the mass content of resin particles (C) to the mass content of nitrogen-containing compound (B) is greater than 1.5 and 40 or less.
