Claims8
An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding a polypeptide comprising from amino to carboxy terminus:
- a tag-binding domain, wherein the tag-binding domain is an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprising a heavy chain variable domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 33 and a light chain variable domain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 34, that binds to a tag comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 44,
- an extracellular hinge and transmembrane domain of CD28, and
- a cytoplasmic signal transduction domain of CD28,
- wherein the extracellular hinge and transmembrane domain of CD28 comprise amino acid sequences encoded by nucleotide sequences according to SEQ ID NOs:
- 6 and 7, respectively, and
- wherein the cytoplasmic signal transduction domain of CD28 comprises an amino acid sequence encoded by a nucleotide sequence according to SEQ ID NO:
- 8.
