Food packaging barrier film

A food packaging barrier film, comprising:

• a base film;
• an inorganic laminated film formed on a surface of the base film, wherein the inorganic laminated film includes a first inorganic material deposition layer, a second inorganic material deposition layer, and a third inorganic material deposition layer sequentially stacked on one another, and the first inorganic material deposition layer and the second inorganic material deposition layer are respectively formed by different inorganic metal oxides, and wherein a material hardness of the first inorganic material deposition layer is greater than a material hardness of the second inorganic material deposition layer, wherein the first inorganic material deposition layer is an aluminum oxide deposition layer, the second inorganic material deposition layer is a silicon oxide deposition layer, and the third inorganic material deposition layer is an aluminum oxide deposition layer;
• and
• a barrier coating layer formed on the inorganic laminated film, wherein the barrier coating layer is formed by coating a barrier coating solution on the inorganic laminated film and then curing the barrier coating solution;
• wherein, when the food packaging barrier film is bent, the second inorganic material deposition layer is configured to buffer a stress that is provided by the first inorganic material deposition layer.
