Abstract
A tire can include a pair of beads, a carcass, a pair of sidewall layers, and a belt. One carcass ply constituting the carcass can include a ply body and a pair of turned-up portions. A radial height of each turned-up portion can be not greater than 17% of a cross-sectional height of the tire. An average thickness F of the sidewall layer in a zone can satisfy the following formula (1) represented using a constant B, a cross-sectional width SW of the tire, and a width BW of the belt, and the constant B can satisfy the following formula (2) represented using an aspect ratio RA of the tire: 416 × ( BW / SW - B ) 2 + 4 ≤ F ≤ 4 1 6 × ( BW / SW - B ) 2 + 6 , and Formula ( 1 ) B = 0 . 8 4 × ( - 0 . 4 9 × RA / 100 + 1.22 ) .
