Abstract
An apparatus for manufacturing display devices includes: a stage; and a head unit disposed on the stage and including a nozzle unit. The head unit further includes a first coating portion covering a bottom surface of the head unit and at least a part of an inner surface of the nozzle unit, and where a thickness of at least a part of the first coating portion becomes narrower toward a top of the first coating portion.

An apparatus for manufacturing display devices, the apparatus comprising:
- a stage;
- and
- a head unit disposed above the stage in a vertical bottom-to-top direction, the head unit comprising:
- a nozzle unit;
- a body;
- and
- a first coating portion covering a lower surface of the body and at least a part of an inner surface of the nozzle unit,
- wherein the first coating portion has a single-layer structure, and a thickness of at least a part of the first coating portion taken along a horizontal direction perpendicular to the vertical bottom-to-top direction becomes gradually narrower from the lower surface of the body toward a top of the first coating portion in the vertical bottom-to-top direction.
