An information processing method, comprising:

• selecting, via processing circuitry, an operator who performs remote operation of a robot that can be remotely operated via a network using an operation terminal that can operate the robot via the network to perform work, on a basis of
• a selection condition including an operation environment that is necessary for remotely operating the robot to execute the work, the operation environment including at least one of a type of the operation terminal or a specification of the operation terminal, and
• an operation environment of the operator;
• intermediating, via the processing circuitry, the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work, including
• receiving an operation signal from the operation terminal, and
• transmitting the operation signal to the robot, wherein the robot performs the work based upon the operation signal;
• monitoring at least one of a physical state or a psychological state of the operator during the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work;
• and
• intervening in the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work based on the at least one of the physical state or the psychological state of the operator during the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute processing, the processing comprising:

• selecting an operator who performs remote operation of a robot that can be remotely operated via a network using an operation terminal that can operate the robot via the network to perform work, on a basis of
• a selection condition including an operation environment that is necessary for remotely operating the robot to execute the work, the operation environment including at least one of a type of the operation terminal or a specification of the operation terminal, and
• an operation environment of the operator;
• intermediating the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work, including
• receiving an operation signal from the operation terminal, and
• transmitting the operation signal to the robot, wherein the robot performs the work based upon the operation signal;
• monitoring at least one of a physical state or a psychological state of the operator during the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work;
• and
• intervening in the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work based on the at least one of the physical state or the psychological state of the operator during the remote operation of the robot by the operator to execute the work.
