Abstract
A stage includes a bottom portion, a plurality of support portions extending in a first direction and spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction, a plurality of blocks coupled with the support portions, respectively, and a plurality of porous films covering upper surfaces of the blocks, respectively.

A stage comprising:
- a bottom portion;
- a plurality of support portions extending in a first direction and spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction;
- a plurality of blocks coupled with the plurality of support portions, respectively;
- and
- a plurality of porous films, each covering an upper surface of a corresponding one of the plurality of blocks.

A curing device comprising:
- a stage;
- and
- a light irradiation portion which radiates a light to the stage,
- wherein the stage comprises:
- a bottom portion;
- a plurality of support portions extending in a first direction and spaced apart from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction;
- a plurality of blocks coupled with the plurality of support portions and inserted detachably into the plurality of support portions, respectively;
- and
- a plurality of porous films, each covering an upper surface of a corresponding one of the plurality of blocks.
