The present disclosure relates to combinations of Compound No. 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one additional therapeutic agent. The present disclosure also relates to methods of treating or preventing a disease via administering to subjects in need thereof Compound No. 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one additional therapeutic agent.
Claims7
A method of treating cancer in a subject, comprising administering to the subject:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein Compound No. 1 or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered once weekly by intravenous administration at a weekly dosage about 160 mg;
- and
- (ii) osimertinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein the osimertinib or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered once daily by oral administration at a daily dosage of about 80 mg.
