Long foldable ice bath

A method of forming an ice bath comprising the steps of:

• forming an elongated oval-shaped wall having an opening, a first side, a second side, a first end, a second end;
• forming a bottom and affixing the bottom to the wall, wherein the wall and the bottom form an ice bath configured to contain water;
• forming a plurality of vertical frame members;
• forming a plurality of horizontal frame members;
• and
• forming a plurality of T-shaped connecting members configured to engage the plurality of vertical frame members and the plurality of horizontal frame members, wherein the frame members are configured to support the wall;
• and
• forming an inflatable upper lip positioned on a top portion of the wall, wherein the inflatable upper lip is rotatable from a lower stowed position to an upper deployed position after inflated with air.

An ice bath system comprising:

• a wall comprising a water inlet valve, a water exit valve, and an inflatable upper lip positioned on a top portion of the wall, and wherein the inflatable upper lip is rotatable from a lower stowed position to an upper deployed position after inflated with air;
• a bottom attached to the wall, wherein the wall and the bottom form an ice bath configured to contain water;
• a plurality of vertical frame members;
• a plurality of horizontal frame members;
• a plurality of T-shaped connecting members configured to engage the plurality of vertical frame members and the plurality of horizontal frame members, wherein the frame members are configured to support the wall;
• and
• a chilling system removably engaged to the water inlet valve and the water exit valve, and configured to circulate and cool water contained within the bath.
