Abstract
A method of reducing or treating snoring, sleep apnea and other forms of sleep disordered breathing, comprising having a patient in need thereof sleep in contact with or in the proximity of an article containing copper. A fabric having anti-snoring, sleep apnea and other forms of sleep disordered breathing properties, the fabric comprising a copper.

A method of reducing, preventing or treating a sleep disorder, comprising having a patient in need thereof sleep in proximity to or in contact with an article containing infused copper, wherein the article containing infused copper comprises between 0.05% to 4.5% copper by weight and is capable of releasing copper ions, and wherein the release of copper ions reduces, prevents or treats the sleep disorder.
