Abstract
Provided are an intraoral image processing device and an intraoral image processing method. The intraoral image processing method includes obtaining scan data regarding an object, determining a die insertion direction based on the scan data of the object, and obtaining a die model set in the die insertion direction.
Claims13
An intraoral image processing method comprising:
- obtaining an intraoral image by scanning an object;
- determining a die insertion direction corresponding to a first inclination of the object based on mesh information representing a shape of a surface included in the intraoral image;
- in response to the first inclination of the object being greater than a threshold inclination, adjusting the die insertion direction to be set within the threshold inclination;
- and
- obtaining a die model set in the die insertion direction.

An intraoral image processing device comprising:
- a memory to store one or more instructions;
- and
- a processor,
- wherein the processor is configured to, by executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory:
- obtain an intraoral image by scanning an object;
- determine a die insertion direction corresponding to a first inclination of the object based on mesh information representing a shape of a surface included in the intraoral image;
- in response to the first inclination of the object being greater than a threshold inclination, adjust the die insertion direction to be set within the threshold inclination;
- and
- obtain a die model set in the die insertion direction.
