Abstract
The invention relates to specific biocidal mixtures that contain IPBC and azoxystrobin, to their preparation, to coating agents containing them and to their use in inhibiting or controlling the growth of mold fungi on or in surface coatings.
Claims10
A biocide mixture comprising the biocides
- a) azoxystrobin (methyl(E)-2-{2-[6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yloxy]phenyl}-3-methoxyacrylate) and
- b) IPBC (3-iodopropynyl N-butylcarbamate),
- wherein the weight ratio of components a) to b) is from 6:1-1:6.
