The present invention relates to a Lactuca sativa seed designated 41-CR1378 RZ. The present invention also relates to a Lactuca sativa plant produced by growing the 41-CR1378 RZ seed. The invention further relates to methods for producing the lettuce cultivar, represented by lettuce variety 41-CR1378 RZ.

A seed of lettuce variety 41-CR1378 RZ, a sample of seed of said variety having been deposited under NCIMB Accession No. 44183.
A lettuce plant exhibiting all the morphological and physiological characteristics of the lettuce variety designated 41-CR1378 RZ, further comprising a transgene.
A method for producing a seed of a 41-CR1378 RZ-derived lettuce plant comprising (a) crossing a plant of lettuce variety 41-CR1378 RZ, a sample of seed of which having been deposited under NCIMB Accession No. 44183, with a second lettuce plant, and (b) whereby seed of a 41-CR1378 RZ-derived lettuce plant forms.
