Abstract
An LED module, an LED source substrate, a display panel, and a display apparatus are provided. The LED module includes N LED chips. N is an integer not smaller than 2. The N LED chips share one first electrode. At least two of the N LED chips each include a second electrode.
Claims18
A display panel, comprising:
- a plurality of pixels comprising at least one first-color pixel, at least one second-color pixel, and at least one third-color pixel,
- wherein at least one of the plurality of pixels comprises a light-emitting diode (LED) module, wherein the light-emitting diode (LED) module comprises N LED chips, wherein N is an integer not smaller than 2, each of the N LED chips comprises a light-emitting layer, an isolation groove is arranged between any two light-emitting layers of the N LED chips, the N LED chips share one first electrode and are arranged around the first electrode, and at least two of the N LED chips each comprise a second electrode;
- and
- the at least one of the plurality of pixels comprises a plurality of sub-pixels, and a number of the plurality of sub-pixels is equal to N.
