Abstract
An electronic device has a peripheral region and includes a substrate, a first metal layer, and a protrusion structure. The first metal layer is disposed on the substrate and comprises a first portion and a second portion. The protrusion structure is disposed on the substrate and in the peripheral region. The first portion is not overlapped with the protrusion structure, the second portion is overlapped with the protrusion structure, and an end of the second portion is located in the protrusion structure and higher than the first portion in a normal direction of the substrate.
Claims9
An electronic device having a peripheral region, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a protrusion structure disposed on the substrate and in the peripheral region, wherein the protrusion structure comprises a first organic insulating layer and a second organic insulating layer, and the first organic insulating layer is located between the second organic insulating layer and the substrate;
- a first inorganic insulating layer disposed on the protrusion structure;
- a second inorganic insulating layer disposed on first inorganic insulating layer, wherein the first inorganic insulating layer is disposed between the second inorganic insulating layer and the second organic insulating layer;
- and
- a third organic insulating layer disposed between the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer and comprising a first organic insulating pattern overlapped with an end portion of the protrusion structure,
- wherein in a cross-sectional view, the first organic insulating pattern of the third organic insulating layer is located in the peripheral region and comprises a top surface having a concave profile.
