Abstract
This application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, which provide integrity transmission for extended reality data transmission. In the method, integrity transmission is performed on data or information having a synchronization requirement or having a dependency relationship, to satisfy the requirement of synchronization between the data or information, thereby improving user experience of XR services.
Claims15
A communication method, comprising:
- obtaining service feature configuration information of data;
- configuring to-be-transmitted data in the data based on the service feature configuration information and at least one of untransmitted data or transmitted data in the data;
- sending transmission indication information indicates an integrity transmission criterion of the data, a quantity of data packets comprised in the to-be-transmitted data;
- and
- communicating with a terminal based on the configuration of the to-be-transmitted data which further includes sending transmission indication information of the to-be-transmitted data to the terminal, wherein the transmission indication information is used for processing the transmitted data wherein the transmission indication information further indicates a data unit to which the data packet of the to-be-transmitted data belongs.
An apparatus, comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to:
- obtain service feature configuration information of data;
- configure to-be-transmitted data in the data based on the service feature configuration information and at least one of untransmitted data or transmitted data in the data;
- send transmission indication information that indicates an integrity transmission criterion of the data and that is used for processing the transmitted data and further indicates a data unit to which the data packet of the to-be-transmitted data belongs, and further indicates a quantity of data packets comprised in the to-be-transmitted data;
- and
- communicate with a terminal based on the configuration of the to-be-transmitted data.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that are executable at least one processor of a first communication apparatus to cause the first communication apparatus to perform the steps of:
- obtaining service feature configuration information of data;
- configuring to-be-transmitted data in the data based on the service feature configuration information and at least one of untransmitted data or transmitted data in the data;
- and
- communicating with a terminal based on the configuration of the to-be-transmitted data and sending transmission indication information which indicates an integrity transmission criterion of the data, and a quantity of data packets comprised in the to-be-transmitted data and sending transmission indication information of the to-be-transmitted data to the terminal, wherein the transmission indication information is used for processing the transmitted data which further indicates a data unit to which the data packet of the to-be-transmitted data belongs.
