Power control parameters for wireless communication

A method for wireless communication at a user equipment, the method comprising:

• receiving, from a network entity, information identifying a set of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states configured to be shared by a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) and component carriers (CCs), the plurality of BWPs and CCs including a designated reference BWP and CC;
• receiving, from the network entity, scheduling information for a transmission via a first BWP and CC of the plurality of BWPs and CCs, wherein the scheduling information includes a first TCI state identifier (ID) that identifies a first TCI state of the set of TCI states;
• and
• transmitting the transmission to the network entity via the first BWP and CC according to a first set of power control parameters configured for the designated reference BWP and CC for the first TCI state ID.

A user equipment, comprising:

• one or more memories that store processor-executable code;
• and
• one or more processors configured to execute the processor-executable code and cause the user equipment to:
• receive, from a network entity, information identifying a set of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states configured to be shared by a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) and component carriers (CCs), the plurality of BWPs and CCs including a designated reference BWP and CC;
• receive, from the network entity, scheduling information for a transmission via a first BWP and CC of the plurality of BWPs and CCs, wherein the scheduling information includes a first TCI state identifier (ID) that identifies a first TCI state of the set of TCI states;
• and
• transmit the transmission to the network entity via the first BWP and CC according to a first power control parameter identified based on a configuration of a path loss reference signal (PL RS) parameter for the designated reference BWP and CC for the first TCI state ID.

A method for wireless communication at a user equipment, the method comprising:

• receiving, from a network entity, information identifying a set of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states configured to be shared by a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) and component carriers (CCs), the plurality of BWPs and CCs including a designated reference BWP and CC;
• receiving, from the network entity, scheduling information for a transmission via a first BWP and CC of the plurality of BWPs and CCs, wherein the scheduling information includes a first TCI state identifier (ID) that identifies a first TCI state of the set of TCI states;
• and
• transmitting the transmission to the network entity via the first BWP and CC according to a first power control parameter identified based on a configuration of a path loss reference signal (PL RS) parameter for the designated reference BWP and CC for the first TCI state ID.
