Abstract
An image processing apparatus includes circuitry; and a memory storing computer-executable instructions that cause the circuitry to execute detecting an error in a character, a word, or a sentence in image data; adding, to the image data, information of the detected error when the error is detected, as invisible information that cannot be viewed or that is difficult to view in an image represented by the image data; and controlling output of the image data by changing an output method of the image data in which the error is detected, based on a detection result of detecting the error or the invisible information.
Claims15
An image processing apparatus comprising:
- circuitry;
- and
- a memory storing computer-executable instructions that cause the circuitry to execute:
- detecting an error in a character, a word, or a sentence in image data;
- adding, to the image data, information of the detected error when the error is detected, as invisible information that cannot be viewed or that is difficult to view in an image represented by the image data;
- and
- controlling output of the image data by changing an output method of the image data in which the error is detected, based on a detection result of detecting the error or the invisible information,
- wherein the information of the detected error added as the invisible information includes coordinate information indicating a position of the character, the word, or the sentence in which the error is found in the image represented by the image data.
An image processing method executed by an image processing apparatus, the image processing method comprising:
- detecting an error in a character, a word, or a sentence in image data;
- adding, to the image data, information of the detected error when the error is detected, as invisible information that cannot be viewed or that is difficult to view in an image represented by the image data;
- and
- controlling output of the image data by changing an output method of the image data in which the error is detected, based on a detection result of detecting the error or the invisible information,
- wherein the information of the detected error added as the invisible information includes coordinate information indicating a position of the character, the word, or the sentence in which the error is found in the image represented by the image data.
A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a process, the process comprising:
- detecting an error in a character, a word, or a sentence in image data;
- adding, to the image data, information of the detected error when the error is detected, as invisible information that cannot be viewed or that is difficult to view in an image represented by the image data;
- and
- controlling output of the image data by changing an output method of the image data in which the error is detected, based on a detection result of detecting the error or the invisible information,
- wherein the information of the detected error added as the invisible information includes coordinate information indicating a position of the character, the word, or the sentence in which the error is found in the image represented by the image data.
