Communication method, user equipment and storage medium

A user equipment (UE), comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one processor communicatively coupled to the at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one memory, communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, storing instructions executable by the at least one processor, individually or in any combination, to cause the UE to:
• receive, from a base station, configuration information, wherein the configuration information comprises a bandwidth part (BWP) configuration of at least one serving cell and a subcarrier spacing configuration for each BWP,
• receive, from the base station. downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling at least one of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of serving cells,
• identify a first scheduled serving cell among the serving cells,
• identify a reference frequency domain resource assignment based on a subcarrier spacing configuration of a BWP of the first scheduled serving cell, wherein a search space of the BWP of the first scheduled serving cell is linked with a search space of a BWP of a scheduling serving cell on which the DCI is received;
• and
• perform PDSCH reception or PUSCH transmission based on the reference frequency domain resource assignment.

A method performed by a base station in a communication system, the method comprising:

• transmitting. to a user equipment (UE), configuration information comprising a bandwidth part (BWP) configuration of at least one serving cell and a subcarrier spacing configuration for each BWP:
• transmitting, to the UE, downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling at least one of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of the serving cells;
• and
• performing PDSCH transmission or PUSCH reception based on a reference frequency domain resource assignment identified based on a subcarrier spacing configuration of a BWP of a first scheduled serving cell among the serving cells,
• wherein a search space of the BWP of the first scheduled serving cell is linked with a search space of a BWP of a scheduling serving cell on which the DCI is transmitted.

A base station, comprising:

• at least one atransceiver;
• and
• at least one processor communicatively coupled with the at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one memory. communicatively coupled to the at least one processor. storing instructions executable by the at least one processor individually or in any combination to cause the base station to:
• transmit, to a user equipment (UE), configuration information comprising a bandwidth part (BWP) configuration of at least one serving cell, and a subcarrier spacing configuration for each BWP.
• transmit, to the UE, downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling at least one of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of serving cells, and
• perform PDSCH transmission or PUSCH reception based on a reference frequency domain resource assignment identified based on a subcarrier spacing configuration of a BWP of a first scheduled serving cell among the serving cells,
• wherein a search space of the BWP of the first scheduled serving cell is linked with a search space of a BWP of a scheduling serving cell on which the DCI is transmitted.
