Provided herein a circuit protection devices including a fusible element attached to a ceramic substrate, the fusible element comprising a paste including a plurality of nickel particles.
Claims13
A circuit protection device, comprising:
- a ceramic substrate;
- and
- a fusible element attached to the ceramic substrate, the fusible element comprising a gold paste and a plurality of gold-coated nickel particles inside the gold paste.
A fuse, comprising:
- a ceramic substrate;
- and
- a fusible link attached to a surface of the ceramic substrate, the fusible link comprising a gold paste and a plurality of gold-coated nickel particles in the gold paste.
