Computer-based coordination of interactive fence zones and individualized alerts

A computer system for dynamically coordinating interactive fence zones and alerts, comprising:

• one or more processors, one or more computer-readable memories, one or more computer-readable tangible storage devices, and program instructions stored on at least one of the one or more computer-readable tangible storage devices for execution by at least one of the one or more processors via at least one of the one or more computer-readable memories, wherein the computer system is capable of performing a method comprising:
• receiving, by one or more processors, location data corresponding to a first object from a virtual fence location, wherein the location data is derived using a global positioning system (GPS);
• determining, by the one or more processors, the virtual fence location and a virtual fence type for the first object based on the location data;
• establishing, by the one or more processors, a first virtual fence for the first object, wherein the first virtual fence surrounds the first object;
• receiving, by the one or more processors, a plurality of parameters associated with the first virtual fence, wherein the plurality of parameters defines at least one condition for triggering an alert;
• generating, by the one or more processors, a rule table based on the plurality of parameters associated with the first virtual fence;
• receiving, by the one or more processors, data regarding a virtual fence boundary of the first virtual fence;
• and
• sending, by the one or more processors, the alert to a user device based on automated evaluation of the rule table against movement of the first object, wherein the automated evaluation dynamically coordinates alert behavior of the first virtual fence in response to detected movement of the first object.

A computer program product for dynamically coordinating interactive fence zones and alerts, comprising:

• one or more computer readable storage media, and program instructions collectively stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, the program instructions comprising:
• program instructions to receive, by one or more processors, location data corresponding to a first object from a virtual fence location, wherein the location data is derived using a global positioning system (GPS);
• program instructions to determine, by the one or more processors, the virtual fence location and a virtual fence type for the first object based on the location data;
• program instructions to establish, by the one or more processors, a first virtual fence for the first object, wherein the first virtual fence surrounds the first object;
• program instructions to receive, by the one or more processors, a plurality of parameters associated with the first virtual fence, wherein the plurality of parameters defines at least one condition for triggering an alert;
• program instructions to generate, by the one or more processors, a rule table based on the plurality of parameters associated with the first virtual fence;
• program instructions to receive, by the one or more processors, data regarding a virtual fence boundary of the first virtual fence;
• and
• program instructions to send, by the one or more processors, the alert to a user device based on automated evaluation of the rule table against movement of the first object, wherein the automated evaluation dynamically coordinates alert behavior of the first virtual fence in response to detected movement of the first object.
