Abstract
Embodiments included herein are directed towards a method for use in an electronic design. The embodiments may include receiving, using at least one processor, a request to redraw a current process at an electronic design canvas. The method may further include determining a dimension of the canvas. The method may also include automatically obtaining a pixmap identifier for each subfabric. The method may additionally include automatically displaying a first pixmap corresponding to the pixmap identifier on the canvas.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method for use in an electronic design comprising:
- receiving, using at least one processor, a request to redraw a current process at an electronic design canvas;
- determining a dimension of the canvas;
- automatically obtaining a pixmap identifier for each fabric, wherein each fabric is a hierarchical layout of at least one of:
- a package or a die, wherein each die is a semiconductor block including one or more operational circuits, and each package includes one or more dies;
- and
- automatically displaying a first pixmap corresponding to the pixmap identifier on the canvas.
A system comprising a computing device having at least one processor and a memory, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
- receive, using at least one processor, a request to redraw a current process at an electronic design canvas;
- determine a dimension of the canvas;
- obtain a pixmap identifier for each fabric, wherein each fabric is a hierarchical layout of at least one of:
- a package or a die, wherein each die is a semiconductor block including one or more operational circuits, and each package includes one or more dies;
- and
- display a first pixmap corresponding to the pixmap identifier on the canvas.
