Abstract
An information processing system includes: a reception function of receiving, from a requester, a first instruction section that is used to provide an instruction for a process related to work when a target document to be worked on is transmitted; and a processing function of displaying the first instruction section received from the requester on a work screen on which a worker performs the process related to the work on the target document.

An information processing system comprising:
- a server device that provides a storage location;
- a requester terminal that receives, from a requester, a first designated tool bar that is used to perform a first process related to work on a target document to be worked on and transmits the first designated tool bar and the target document to the server device;
- and
- a worker terminal that receives the first designated tool bar and the target document from the server device and displays the first designated tool bar on a work screen on which a worker performs the first process related to the work on the target document by using the first designated tool bar,
- wherein the worker terminal transmits a first-processed target document, which is the target document in which the first process has been performed thereon, to the server device,
- wherein the requester terminal further receives, from the requester, a second designated tool bar that is used to perform a second process related to work on the first-processed target document to be worked on and transmits the second designated tool bar to the server device, and
- wherein the server device transmits the first-processed target document and the second designated tool bar to another worker terminal that receives the first-processed target document and the second designated tool bar on another work screen on which another worker performs the second process related to the work on the first-processed target document by using the second designated tool bar.

An information processing apparatus comprising:
- a processor configured to:
- receive a first designated tool bar that is used to perform a first process related to work on a target document to be worked on;
- transmit the first designated tool bar and the target document to a server device that provides a storage location,
- wherein the first designated tool bar is displayed on a device, that receives the first designated tool bar and the target document from the server device, on which the first process related to the work is performed on the target document, the device being different from the information processing apparatus,
- wherein a first-processed target document, which is the target document in which the first process has been performed thereon, is transmitted from the device to the server device;
- and
- receive a second designated tool bar that is used to perform a second process related to work on the first-processed target document to be worked on and transmit the second designated tool bar to the server device,
- wherein the first-processed target document and the second designated tool bar are transmitted from the server device to another device, that receives the first-processed target document and the second designated tool bar, on which the second process related to the work is performed on the first-processed target document by using the second designated tool bar.

- receiving a first designated tool bar that is used to perform a first process related to work on a target document to be worked on;
- transmitting the first designated tool bar and the target document to a service device that provides a storage location;
