Provided is a method for joint power flow calculation of master-slave systems based on grid-following impedance, the method including: setting a voltage of a boundary node to an initial value; setting power of the boundary node as a real slave system power, calculating power flow of a master system, and obtaining corresponding elements between a voltage magnitude correction value of the boundary node and an active power imbalance and a reactive power imbalance of the boundary node respectively in an inverse Jacobian matrix; calculating grid-following impedance according to the corresponding elements, the voltage of the boundary node, and the slave system power, and further calculating a voltage of a virtual slack node; and calculating power flow of a virtual slave system based on the grid-following impedance and the voltage of the virtual slack node, and updating the slave system power.
