Hydrogen storage tank for hydrogen aircraft

A hydrogen storage tank that stores hydrogen as fuel for a hydrogen aircraft, the hydrogen storage tank comprising:

• an outer tank;
• an inner tank disposed inside the outer tank with a space therebetween and having a shape having a longitudinal direction;
• a first strap including a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end being connected to an inner surface of the outer tank and the second end being connected to an outer surface of the inner tank;
• and
• a second strap including a third end and a fourth end opposite to the third end, the third end being connected to the inner surface of the outer tank and the fourth end being connected to the outer surface of the inner tank,
• wherein:
• the first strap and the second strap extend along the longitudinal direction of the inner tank,
• a distance between the second end and the fourth end is shorter than a distance between the first end and the third end in the longitudinal direction,
• the inner tank has a tubular side peripheral surface along the longitudinal direction, and
• the hydrogen storage tank further comprises a rod extending in a circumferential direction of the side peripheral surface and connecting the side peripheral surface and the inner surface of the outer tank.

A hydrogen storage tank that stores hydrogen as fuel for a hydrogen aircraft, the hydrogen storage tank comprising:

• an outer tank;
• an inner tank disposed inside the outer tank with a space therebetween and having a shape having a longitudinal direction:
• a first strap including a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end being connected to an inner surface of the outer tank and the second end being connected to an outer surface of the inner tank;
• and
• a second strap including a third end and a fourth end opposite to the third end, the third end being connected to the inner surface of the outer tank and the fourth end being connected to the outer surface of the inner tank,
• wherein:
• the first strap and the second strap extend along the longitudinal direction of the inner tank,
• a distance between the second end and the fourth end is shorter than a distance between the first end and the third end in the longitudinal direction,
• the hydrogen storage tank further comprising a heat insulating structure disposed between the outer tank and the inner tank,
• wherein the heat insulating structure includes:
• a laminated heat insulating sheet layer disposed to be separated from the inner surface of the outer tank by a vacuum layer;
• a vapor barrier layer disposed between the outer surface of the inner tank and the laminated heat insulating sheet layer;
• and
• a backup heat insulating layer arranged between the vapor barrier layer and the outer surface of the inner tank.
