Airfoil and fluid-dynamic surface comprising such airfoil

An airfoil comprising:

• a leading edge, a trailing edge, a mean line and a thickness,
• a front portion in which the thickness increases, along the mean line from the leading edge towards the trailing edge, up to a maximum thickness;
• and
• a rear portion in which the thickness increases, along the mean line from the trailing edge towards the leading edge, up to the maximum thickness;
• a central portion, placed between the front portion and the rear portion, in which the thickness is constant and equal to the maximum thickness;
• and at least one front section and rear section, wherein:
• the front portion is defined by the front section;
• the rear portion is defined by the rear section;
• and
• the front section and the rear section are separate parts, and the airfoil is obtained by assembling at least the front section and the rear section utilizing one or more of:
• riveting, bolting, a joining element, and male/female interfaces.
