Abstract
A cell sheet cutting assistance system comprises a processor for executing a program and a storage device for storing the program. The processor: receives, as input, an evaluation standard of a cell sheet and quality information of a cultured cell sheet; determines whether the quality information satisfies the evaluation standard; and outputs a cutting position of the cell sheet based on a result of the determination.
Claims17
A cell sheet cutting assistance system comprising:
- a processor for executing a program;
- and
- a storage device for storing the program,
- wherein the processor:
- receives, as input, an evaluation standard of a cell sheet and quality information of a cultured cell sheet;
- determines whether the quality information satisfies the evaluation standard;
- and
- outputs a cutting position of the cell sheet based on a result of the determination,
- wherein the evaluation standard and the quality information include information representing at least one of:
- whether there is a hole;
- a thickness;
- a cell density;
- a cell survival rate;
- or
- a time-series cell occupancy,
- regarding the cell sheet,
- wherein the processor further receives patient information of a patient to whom the cell sheet is grafted as input, and
- wherein the evaluation standard is associated with the patient information.
A cell sheet cutting assistance system comprising:
- a processor for executing a program;
- and
- a storage device for storing the program,
- wherein the processor:
- receives, as input, an evaluation standard of a cell sheet and quality information of a cultured cell sheet;
- determines whether the quality information satisfies the evaluation standard;
- and
- outputs a cutting position of the cell sheet based on a result of the determination,
- wherein the processor receives a number of the cell sheets as input.
A cell sheet cutting assistance method executed by a cell sheet cutting assistance system having a processor executing a program and a storage device storing the program, the method comprising:
- receiving, as input, an evaluation standard of a cell sheet and quality information of a cultured cell sheet;
- determining whether the quality information satisfies the evaluation standard;
- and
- outputting a cutting position of the cell sheet based on a result of the determination,
- wherein the evaluation standard and the quality information include information representing at least one of:
- whether there is a hole;
- a thickness;
- a cell density;
- a cell survival rate;
- or
- a time-series cell occupancy,
- regarding the cell sheet, and
- wherein the processor receives a number of the cell sheets as input.
