Abstract
An antibody and an antibody-drug conjugate, which relate to an antibody and an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), as well as compositions containing the antibody and ADC molecules, and a therapeutic application thereof.

An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) having the following formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof:
- Ab-[L-D]q (I),
- wherein
- Ab represents an anti-Claudin18.2 antibody,
- L represents a linker,
- D represents a cytotoxic or cytostatic drug, and
- q is selected from 1-20, 1-10, 1-8, 2-8, 4-8, and 6-8, wherein Ab comprises three heavy chain complementarity determining regions (HCDRs) and three light chain complementarity determining regions (LCDRs), wherein
- (i) according to the IMGT scheme, the HCDR1 comprises or consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 6, the HCDR2 comprises or consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 7, the HCDR3 comprises or consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
