Abstract
Glaucoma or pathogenic intraocular pressure is treated by locally administering to an eye in need thereof formulations of a Wnt5a inhibitor.

A method of treating glaucoma or pathogenic intraocular pressure (IOP) comprising locally administering to an eye in need thereof a Wnt5a inhibitor, wherein the Wnt5a inhibitor is a neutralizing antibody against Wnt5a or a small interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) that targets Wnt5a-encoding nucleic acids.
