A compound of Chemical Formula 1:
- wherein,
- at least one of X1 to X3 is
- and the others are an allyl group,
- n is an integer from 1 to 20,
- is a moiety bonded to Chemical Formula 1, and
- X4 is a halogen group.

A method for preparing a compound of Chemical Formula 1, the method comprising:
- (s1) putting triallyl isocyanurate, CnF2n+1X4, a base, and a solvent into a container to prepare a mixture and stirring the resulting mixture under nitrogen gas;
- and
- (s2) adding a radical initiator thereto and stirring thereof to prepare the compound:
- wherein, in the Step (s1),
- at least one of X1 to X3 is
- and the others are an allyl group,
- n is an integer from 1 to 20,
- and
- X4 is a halogen group.
