Abstract
An inertial measurement unit includes: an inertial sensor module having a first inertial sensor and having an outer shape molded with a first resin; a component part; a second resin molding the inertial sensor module and the component part; and a metal provided between the first resin of the inertial sensor module and the second resin.
Claims8
An inertial measurement unit comprising:
- an inertial sensor module having a first inertial sensor, the inertial sensor module having an outer shape with a top surface and a side surface molded with a first resin;
- a component part;
- a second resin molding the inertial sensor module and the component part, the second resin forming a resin package being an outer shape of the inertial measurement unit;
- and
- a metal provided between the first resin of the inertial sensor module and the second resin, the metal in direct contact with and covering the top surface of the outer shape of the inertial sensor module.
