Abstract
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a casing, an electric cable including a conductor and an insulator configured to cover the conductor, and a guide member attached to the casing and configured to guide the electric cable, wherein the guide member includes a wire-forming member formed of a metal wire, and wherein the electric cable is wired along the guide member with at least one of the electric cable and the guide member twisted around the other of the electric cable and the guide member.

An apparatus comprising:
- a casing;
- an electric cable including a conductor and an insulator configured to cover the conductor,
- a guide member attached to the casing and configured to guide the electric cable;
- a sensor configured to generate a detection signal;
- and
- a control unit configured to control the apparatus based on the detection signal,
- wherein the electric cable electrically connects the sensor and the control unit,
- wherein the guide member includes a helical portion which has a helical shape, and
- wherein the helical portion is twisted around the electric cable.
